Purchase Agreement & Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of any products, services, consulting or reports offered by C & G Building Consultants ("we", "our", "us").
By purchasing from C & G Building Consultants, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
C & G Building Consultants provides consulting, building services and building reports.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you:
are at least 18 years of age;
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
will provide accurate and complete information when making your purchase.
3. Products and Services
Our offerings may include:
One-to-one consulting
Building Reports
Building Works
Expert Witness
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Applicable GST will be included where required by Australian law.
5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed.
Where payment plans are offered:
payments must be made on their due dates;
missed payments may result in suspension of access to services or products until payments are brought up to date.
C & G Building Consultants reserves the right to engage debt recovery services if payments remain outstanding.
6. Custom Programs and Services
Where customised consulting, building works or other bespoke services are provided:
work will commence only after payment (or the first scheduled payment) has been received;
additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately;
approved variations are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, C & G Building Consultants offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products and services.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Refunds do not include:
shipping costs;
transaction fees;
completed consultation fees;
services already delivered;
customised work;
event deposits;
travel expenses;
digital products that have been substantially accessed or downloaded where permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
Physical products must be returned in good condition before a refund is processed unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Consulting Disclaimer
Our services are educational and transformational in nature.
They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice.
Participation is voluntary.
You remain responsible for your own health and mental care decisions, financial decisions and personal actions.
10. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary.
While many clients experience significant personal and professional transformation, C & G Building Consultants cannot guarantee specific financial, emotional, relationship or business outcomes.
Your success depends upon many factors outside our control, including your own commitment and implementation.
11. Intellectual Property
All material provided by Malachi Corporation remains our intellectual property.
This includes:
videos
presentations
reports
worksheets
manuals
digital resources
trademarks
building work
written content
No material may be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without written permission.
12. Memberships
Memberships continue according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date.
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
13. Events and Retreats
Event registrations are transferable only with our written approval.
If an event is cancelled by C & G Building Consultants, participants may receive either:
a full refund; or
a credit towards a future event.
True Voice Global is not responsible for flights, accommodation or travel expenses booked independently.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C & G Building Consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
16. Website Use
You agree not to:
misuse the website;
attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
interfere with website functionality;
upload malicious software;
infringe intellectual property rights.
17. Force Majeure
C & G Building Consultants is not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions or emergencies.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
19. Changes to These Terms
C & G Building Consultants may amend these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
